What sets your studio apart?

I view my teaching as a collaborative mentorship, not a weekly routine. Because mentorship requires me to truly get to know each student as an individual, I don’t ask families to sign contracts or long-term commitments. I want our time together to be built on mutual trust and respect — not obligation. The strong rapport I build allows me to organically tailor my feedback to each student's unique personality, interests, and learning style. Together, we create an open atmosphere with the freedom to ask questions and take risks.In addition, because musical growth happens throughout the entire week, my guidance extends far beyond scheduled lesson times. I actively invite students (and caregivers) to email or message me between sessions to share video clips, seek clarification, or get insights. This continuous support eliminates mid-week frustration, keeps momentum high, and ensures students always feel supported on their musical journeys.

Why do you choose to teach?

My musical journey was guided by mentors who offered me the greatest gift one person can bestow upon another — the unwavering belief that I “could do it.”  I am now passionate about paying it forward to the next generation, grateful to offer violin lessons that inspire positivity and touch the future. The longer I teach, the more I develop a deeper understanding of the violin, of music, of why we play, and of human nature. There is truly no greater teacher than teaching itself! I look forward to continuing to unveil the magic of the violin during every one of my private lessons at GOLDBERG VIOLIN in Highlands Ranch.
